This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies fully to the mobile application Baboomz (the App) and the services, features, functionalities, widgets, buttons, ads, promotions, contests, tools, kits and any other services or sites that link to this Privacy Policy offered by Kulture Marketing Limited Trading As Baboomz (hereafter web, our, or us) (hereafter, collectively referred to as the Services).

This Privacy Policy describes what information the App collects from users, including children, when they visit, access or use the App; how such information is used and stored; when such information may be disclosed to third parties; how users, parents, and guardians can control the use and disclosure of collected information; and how information is protected. Younger visitors should always check with their parents or guardians before entering information on any website or mobile application and we encourage families to discuss their household guidelines regarding the online sharing of personal information. If you are a parent or legal guardian, by allowing your child to use the App, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy on your child's behalf. By accessing Content from the App or otherwise using the Services, whether through the App or through a compatible mobile device, you consent to our collection, use, storage, deletion, and disclosure of information relating to you but always subject to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the App and/or the Services or anything else that may, from time to time, be offered by us, whether within the App or otherwise. Any use of the App and/or the Services shall constitute agreement and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We may, from time to time and in our sole discretion, make changes to this Privacy Policy and the way we store and collect personal information, so please make sure that you check the Privacy Policy on a regular basis. We will provide notification on our website or within the App of any material changes made to this Privacy Policy but we shall have no obligation to provide you with individual notice of any changes. If you do not agree with any variations to the Privacy Policy, you may not continue to use the App and/or the Services. Your continued use of the App and/or the Services following the publication of any amended Privacy Policy by us shall signify your acceptance of any amended Privacy Policy.


We do not collect personal information unless you choose to give it to us. If you provide personal information through the App and/or the Services, it will be held by Kulture Marketing Limited.

When you create an account or sign up for the Services, download the App, or access or use your account to access the App and/or the Services, we may require you to provide us with certain information that can be used to identify and contact you such as your username, password, email address. Your account will be protected by a password, selected by you. Your child’s (Profile) name will be created by you; we will then send a unique username & password for that Profile name to your email address. Your email address and password will be used together to enable secure access and maintenance of your account and any Profile under your account by you.

We ask parent to pick a Profile’s name that is unique, e.g., is not the same as or similar to a username used on other Internet services such as social networks, and that does not contain any personal information, such as a full name, school name or geographic location. If we notice and suspect that a user name contains information that could be used to identify a user, we will ask the user to change it.

We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children's use of online activities regularly. The App supports and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and other applicable laws. No personally identifiable information is purposefully or knowingly collected and stored from children under the age of 13 by Kulture Marketing Limited without parental consent. The features available on the App are subject to automated filtering, human moderation, and/or numerous other technical and manual review procedures so that profanity and personally identifiable information cannot be easily shared, and so that all or virtually all such information is removed before being posted publicly or shared with other users.

If you are under the age of 13, you should use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, personally identifiable information ("PII") is personal information about an individual, such as a first and last name, phone number or email address or other individually identifiable information within the meaning of COPPA and the Federal Trade Commission's Online Privacy Protection Rule found at 16 CFR 312.2. Every user hereby agrees that all information you provide, including but not limited to age, shall be truthful and correct.

In circumstances where we need to obtain parental consent for certain features in accordance with COPPA, we will send an email to the parent or legal guardian (“parent”) of a child to provide them with a "Direct Notice" as required under COPPA, notifying the parent of the type of PII that may be collected from the child and how such information may be used and/or disclosed by us, and to obtain verifiable consent via a method allowable under COPPA. The Direct Notice will provide directions that the parent is required to follow in order to provide us with consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of the child's PII, as appropriate, and instructions on how the parent can revoke such consent. When you sign up for the App, you create an anonymous profile, which is then available inside the App. You may not use your /your child’s real name, or any other information that could identify you/your child in the creation of your account or your child’s Profile. Your Baboomz profile shows your:

  • User name
  • Profile you create for your child

We do not allow, collect, disclose, request, or prompt to post or upload photos, videos or audio recordings that contain you / your child’s image or voice and any other personal information.

Third Party Application

If you seek access to the App and/or the Services through any third party services including but not limited to Facebook (Third Party Application), we do not ask to collect your authentication information such as your username, encrypted access credentials and other information that may be available on or through your Third Party Application account including but not limited to your name, profile picture, country, home town, email, address, date of birth, gender, profile pictures, friends, names and networks. There are no private channels or personal chat functions on the App. Information share on Third Party Application from the App are with no personal information rather information about the App only. We seek and ask parent to not share any personal information, including full names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, social media handles and ‘selfies’ of children.


We are committed to protecting our users information. Your/your child personal information which is provided to us is stored on servers with restricted access and which are protected by protocols and procedures designed to enhance the security of information. We also restrict access of personal information to our employees, independent contractors, and agents to those who may need to know this information in order to develop, operate and maintain the App and/or the Services. All our personnel who may have access to your personal information are trained and educated about our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that you provide your/your child personal information at your own risk. No website, internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure. Kulture Marketing Limited cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
